SHIPPING POLICY
In store pick up:
Please allow 1- 2 hour to have the items ready for pick up. You will be notified once the item is ready for pick up.

Online order only:
LKM EXPRESS BOUTIQUE offers UPS ground shipping and Express shipping in the United State and Canada. International order there will be an extra fee depending on the destination.
Please note due to the covid 19, shipping delivery varies by state.
Once the order is placed please allow 48 hours to be processed. Ground shipping 3-4 days and Express Shipping 1-2 days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 2 day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request for exchange. Please correct whatever needs to be fixed.
In store customer only: The buyer must bring the item of the purchase with the originale receipt and tag, unworn, untear. Our staff will evaluate whether you will issue an exchange or not.
Please note shoes are final sale meaning no return or exchange will be allowed.

To start an exchange process: Customers must notify us through email or by phone.
If you order any item and upon receiving it the item does not fit contact us immediately we will take further action.
We will not accept any return without an email or phone call.
If you made an order by an error we will cancel the transaction for you and send you an update through email or by phone.
